There are many ways to eat a bagel.
*You can have it the traditional way, sliced, toasted and smeared with cream cheese.
*Add smoked salmon for a Northwest variation on the traditional lox and cream cheese.
*Divide the bagel into fours and you’re eating it like they do in New York City.
Our bagels are best sliced, toasted and topped with your favorite topping. If you don't have a favorite or you are looking for something new, try one of these ideas:
Kosher Salt Bagel - add cream cheese, salt cured salmon and a bit of fresh dill.
Onion Bagel - open faced with thyme and basil mixed into goat cheese and thinly sliced grilled flank steak.
Everything Bagel - mix a can of salmon with a tablespoon of real mayonnaise and a bit of sirrachi hot sauce. Serve on top of romaine lettuce and eat as a sandwich.
Plain Bagel - spread with pesto, roasted red peppers and a slice of fresh mozzarella. Heat in an oven until the mozzarella is melted.
Cinnamon Raisin Bagel - sliced and toasted with butter.
Sesame Seed Bagel - add chopped, fresh spinach, chopped kalamata olives and feta cheese to hummus. Spread on the bagel and top with a slice of tomato.
